Macropass Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Macropass, including the Macropass iOS and Android apps, Macropass backend, and Macropass MCP connector (together, the "Service"). Macropass is operated by Geometry Lab L.L.C-FZ, Licence No. 2651608.01, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Macropass", "we", "us", or "our").

By using Macropass, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Macropass Is

Macropass is an AI-native calorie and macro tracker. You can log meals in the app by text, photo, or voice. Completed estimates save to your diary automatically and remain available for review and correction. Voice transcripts are reviewed before estimation. You can also choose to connect an AI assistant to Macropass over OAuth and MCP, then ask that assistant to log, read, update, delete, summarize, or search your Macropass food and nutrition data. Connecting an assistant is optional.

Macropass is a wellness and productivity tool. It is not a medical device.

No Medical Advice

Macropass does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service. Nutrition and calorie estimates may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing all logged data and deciding whether it is suitable for your use.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, dietary, fitness, or health-related decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of anything shown in Macropass or produced by an AI assistant connected to Macropass.

Accounts and Authentication

You may need to sign in to use Macropass. You are responsible for keeping your devices, accounts, and authentication credentials secure.

When you authorize an AI client, you grant that client scoped access to your Macropass data and tools. You should only connect AI clients you trust. You may revoke client access through Macropass where supported.

AI Clients and Third-Party Services

Macropass may be used with third-party AI clients such as Claude or ChatGPT. Those services are not operated by Macropass. Your use of third-party AI clients is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

AI-generated nutrition estimates, classifications, summaries, or recommendations may be wrong. You are responsible for checking and correcting your data.

Your Data and Content

You remain responsible for the meal descriptions, notes, goals, and other content you or your connected AI clients submit to Macropass.

You grant Macropass permission to store, process, transmit, and display your data as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Macropass for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to access another person's account or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Bypass authentication, authorization, security, or rate-limiting controls.
• Use Macropass to make emergency, clinical, or life-critical decisions.
• Submit content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.

Availability and Changes

Macropass may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may add, remove, or modify features, limits, integrations, or supported AI clients. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Subscription and Billing

Macropass offers a paid auto-renewing subscription, Macropass Pro, that unlocks full access.

• Plans & prices: a monthly or an annual subscription billed through your Apple App Store, Google Play, or Samsung Galaxy Store account, depending on where you purchase it. The current price of each plan is shown in the app before you buy. A 14-day free trial may be offered to eligible accounts; if you do not cancel before it ends, the selected subscription begins and is charged.
• Auto-renewal: renews automatically each billing period (month or year) unless you cancel before renewal. Cancellation deadlines and renewal charges follow the terms shown by the store that bills you. For Apple App Store subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel: use the store account that purchased the subscription. For Apple App Store purchases, open Settings -> your name -> Subscriptions. For Google Play purchases, open Google Play -> Payments and subscriptions -> Subscriptions. For Samsung Galaxy Store purchases, open Galaxy Store -> Menu -> Subscriptions. Macropass's subscription-management action in the Galaxy version opens the Galaxy Store app. Deleting the app or your Macropass account does not cancel the subscription.
• Purchase validation: RevenueCat validates purchases and manages subscription access for all three stores.
• Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or Samsung and handled under the terms of the store that bills you.

We may change pricing, packaging, or availability in the future; any change to your renewal price will be disclosed and applied only as permitted by the store that bills you.

Termination

You may stop using Macropass at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or others, or if continued service is no longer commercially or technically practical.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Macropass is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Macropass and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, health decisions, or service interruption arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Macropass after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
